Scopos Strategies is a security consulting firm providing residential risk assessments, executive protection consulting, threat assessments, and related security advisory services. Our principal office is located at 7754 Okeechobee Blvd PMB 3113, West Palm Beach, FL 33411, United States.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or engage our services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Scopos Strategies provides security consulting services including but not limited to:
All services are advisory in nature. Scopos Strategies does not provide emergency response, armed security, or law enforcement services. Our assessments and recommendations are based on professional judgment and experience but do not guarantee the prevention of any security incident.
The IRRASM assessment is provided at no cost. By submitting the assessment form, you consent to providing property and contact information for the purpose of generating a security assessment report. The information you provide will be used solely for the assessment and related follow-up communications. Reports are delivered digitally and are intended for the personal use of the requesting party only.
Requesting an assessment. When you request any assessment we offer, including, but not limited to, the IRRASM assessment, the CRRESM assessment, and the ERSESM assessment, you ask us to prepare and deliver that assessment to you. Delivery is made by a short series of emails that carry your report and the information needed to use it. This delivery series is part of the product you requested. It is not newsletter or marketing enrollment, and it is sent whether or not you subscribe to anything else. Once delivery of your requested assessment is complete, we will not send you further messages unless you have separately opted in to our updates or you contact us.
Free and paid assessments. Some assessments, such as the IRRA assessment, are provided free of charge, as is, under these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Paid assessments, such as the CRRE assessment, are governed by a separate Services Agreement that you accept at checkout. Where a paid assessment is involved, that Services Agreement controls and, to the extent it conflicts with these Terms as to that paid service, the Services Agreement governs. These Terms continue to apply to everything the Services Agreement does not specifically address.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, articles, assessment methodologies, and proprietary frameworks (including IRRASM, CRRESM, and ERSESM), is the property of Scopos Strategies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written consent.

The Site and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Scopos Strategies does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Security consulting services are advisory in nature; we do not guarantee specific outcomes or the prevention of security incidents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scopos Strategies and its principal, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or loss of data, arising from your use of the Site or engagement of our services, regardless of the theory of liability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SCOPOS STRATEGIES AND ITS PRINCIPAL, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR ANY SERVICE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO SCOPOS STRATEGIES FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. FOR ANY SERVICE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, INCLUDING THE IRRASM ASSESSMENT, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK REFLECTS THE NATURE AND PRICING OF THE SERVICES AND IS A BASIS OF THE BARGAIN.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or for personal injury or death where such limitation is not permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scopos Strategies, its principal, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. Scopos Strategies is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites.
Scopos Strategies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law and venue. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you and Scopos Strategies each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, the party raising the concern agrees to first contact the other in writing and allow 60 days for the parties to resolve the matter in good faith. Written notice to Scopos Strategies must be sent to terms@scoposstrategies.com and must describe the concern and the relief requested. Completing this informal step is a condition to filing suit, except that either party may at any time bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.
No mandatory arbitration. We do not require arbitration. Disputes are resolved in court as set out in this section, and neither you nor Scopos Strategies is required to submit any dispute to binding arbitration.
Jury trial waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Scopos Strategies each waive any right to a trial by jury in any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our services.
Class action waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Scopos Strategies may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The parties do not agree to class arbitration or any other form of representative or consolidated arbitration.
Small claims preserved. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction.
This section applies to Digital Ghost Protocol: The Toolkit, a self-serve product sold as a one-time purchase. It sits alongside the rest of these Terms and controls where it addresses something these Terms do not.
Digital Ghost Protocol: The Toolkit is an educational self-help product from Scopos Strategies, a security consultancy. It gives you a method, a broker tracker, and request letter templates. You carry out the steps and send the requests yourself.
Scopos Strategies is not your agent, your representative, or your fiduciary, and the toolkit is not a professional legal, investigative, or advisory service. It is educational self-help material. You send every opt-out and removal request yourself, under your own name. Scopos Strategies does not send requests on your behalf, does not contact data brokers for you, and has no control over whether or when a broker acts. Buying the toolkit gives us no authority to act for you, and results are not guaranteed.
Whether a data broker removes your listing, and how fast, is up to that broker and the law that applies to it. Some are quick. Some are slow. Some will refuse. Brokers also rebuild their records from public sources over time, so listings can come back. Keeping your information down is ongoing maintenance, not a one-time permanent fix.
The letter templates are self-help templates. You fill them in and send them under your own name. Scopos Strategies is not a law firm, does not practice law, and does not give legal advice. Buying or using this toolkit does not create an attorney-client relationship. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you put into the templates and for how you use them.
Scopos Strategies uses AI tools to help produce and maintain the toolkit's materials. The materials are provided as is, with no warranty that they are accurate or complete. Broker names, web addresses, forms, and legal procedures change over time, so an instruction or a template can be out of date by the time you use it. Check the broker's current requirements before you rely on any template or step, and follow what that broker asks for today.
The script checks whether a listing page still responds and flags likely removals. A page can disappear for reasons that have nothing to do with your request, and a listing can survive under a different link. Treat the result as a preliminary signal and confirm every removal by viewing the site yourself.
The toolkit runs on your own computer. Scopos Strategies does not receive, collect, or store the personal information you enter into the tracker, the templates, or the script.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the toolkit for your own data removal work and for the people in your own household. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense, share, or otherwise commercially exploit the toolkit files or their contents, in whole or in part. Scopos Strategies keeps all intellectual property rights in the toolkit, and this license transfers none of them to you.
The toolkit is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scopos Strategies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the toolkit, and total liability for any claim relating to the toolkit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
