Photographs and video submitted for a paid assessment are kept only as long as needed to deliver and support your assessment, and are then deleted. By default we delete assessment photographs and video within 90 days after we deliver your final report, and if the report is revised and reissued after the consultation, the 90 days runs from the final report, retaining only what we reasonably need for legal, accounting, or record-keeping purposes. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting privacy@scoposstrategies.com, and we will delete the imagery unless we are required by law to retain it.
